Bradley County
Juvenile Drug Court is a pre-trial diversion and a post conviction program for juvenile offenders who have substance abuse issues and have not been successful in maintaining drug abstinence. The program is a minimum of nine months and maybe extended longer if necessary. Participants must remain clean and sober, be a productive citizen in the community, and complete all four phases of the program to graduate.
All participants will be under close supervision by a probation officer, case manager, weekly court reviews before the Drug Court Referee, mandatory alcohol & drug treatment with a licensed alcohol and other drug counselor, and subjected to random drug testing. Each participant will complete at least 25 hours of community service work.
