Notary

• Notary applications are accepted Monday through Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm and till 5:00pm on Fridays.
• Notaries Public are elected by the County Commission to a four year term. Your application must be received in the County Clerks office before the first or third Monday of the month.  The application must be notarized.
• A $10,000.00 bond for the term of office is required.  The bonding company must be noted on the application.
• The notary public must puchase a seal (rubber stamp).  This can be purchased  from most office supply stores or companies.
