What the owner should bring to County Clerk's office:
1. Vehicle Title and release of lien if applicable.

3. The fee for a title and purchase of a standard passenger license plate is $35.00

If Military the following documents are also required:
- Orders stationing you in the state of Tennessee
- Current End of Month (LES) Leave and Earning Statement
- If home of record on the LES is Tennessee the title and registration is $35.00
If not stationed in the State of Tennessee you must bring proof of sales tax. You may be responsible for additional taxes.
