Bradley County was identified in the Fall of 2002 as a community that  must comply with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System  (NPDES) Phase II requirements.  These requirements were instituted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to prevent storm water pollution and improve water quality.  Bradley County submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) in order to comply with the minimum requirements on March 10, 2003.  Below is a copy of the NOI.
