Storm Damage Property Assessment Proration’s
Property Owners that incurred structural damages during the storms that occurred April 27th, 2011 should notify the Bradley County Assessor’s Office. Structures that were destroyed or are damaged beyond repair are entitled to a prorated assessment for Tax Year 2011. The prorated assessment will affect the 2011 property tax amount. The Bradley County Assessor’s Field Staff will be reviewing damaged areas as soon as it is possible.
