Community Service Rules and Guidelines
- Arrive for work promptly

- Dress
safely and appropriate for work at the site.

Dress Code
◦ T-shirt (No inappropriate languages, phrases or symbols)
◦Blue jeans or shorts WITH BELT, shorts must be 2 inches
above or below knee.
◦Tennis shoes or work boots
◦NO hats, bandanas, tank tops,
sagging pant/shorts, short shorts,
Shirts above navel, flip-flops or sandals.
- Follow the directions and instructions of
the facility supervisor.
- Juvenile MUST bring community service record every time they show up
to
work. No time will be given for failure to bring record sheet or if record
sheet
is lost.
- Appropriate language must be used.
- Complete the task assigned to you in a
timely and cooperative manner.
- You must check in with the facility
supervisor when you arrive and when you leave.
- You must provide a phone number where your
parent/guardian can be reached.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE
GUIDELINES OR MISSED ASSIGNMENTS COULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICE
WORK OR NO CREDIT FOR TIME WORKED. IT IS A VIOLATION OF A ORDER IF YOU DO NOT
COMPLETE HOURS GIVEN.
PARENTS
- You must check in with the facility
supervisor when dropping your child/children off for community service
work.
- You are allowed to stay and wait on your
child/children.
- Your child/children must be picked up at
the time given to you by the facility supervisor.
Failure to pick
child/children up at the given time could result in child losing
credit for hours
worked.
I have read the
Community Service Rules and Guidelines, and understand every item and agree to
abide by them.
