Rezoning Applications are due in the Planning Office
fifteen (15) days before the regular monthly meeting of the Bradley County
Regional Planning Commission. The
Planning Commission meets the first Tuesday of every month.
There is a $50 application fee due upon submission
of the rezoning application.
Upon receiving an application and fee, all adjoining
property owners and property owners directly across the street will be notified
by certified letter. A sign will be
placed on the property notifying others of the request for rezoning.
The applicant should attend the meeting of the
Planning Commission to answer any questions Commissioners may have. The meeting is held at the Bradley County

A notice will be published in the Cleveland Daily
Banner of the public hearing on the rezoning request after recommendation of
the Planning Commission. The public must
be given a minimum of fifteen (15) days notice.
